Spring Salad with Dressing

Instructions
- Slice radishes or turnips. Toss with lettuce in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1Tbsp honey, ¼ - ½ tsp granulated garlic, S & P to taste.
- Toss salad with dressing to serve. Enjoy!
