Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 radishes or turnips thinly sliced
  • ½ lb lettuce*
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey*
  • ¼ - ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice radishes or turnips. Toss with lettuce in a medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1Tbsp honey, ¼ - ½ tsp granulated garlic, S & P to taste.
  • Toss salad with dressing to serve. Enjoy!
