Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread* or 2 buns
  • 1 handful greens*
  • 1 mozzarella freshly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes* sliced
  • 1 handful basil*
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • balsamic vinegar for drizzling (optional)
  • extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Assemble the sandwiches with a layer of greens, then sliced mozzarella, and thick slices of juicy tomato. Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper on the tomato.
  • Top with basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil (if desired).
