Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries* or strawberries*, raspberries*, or other local berries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup ice
  • herbs* for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix on high until smooth (1-2 minutes). Add more milk for desired consistency.
