Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale* stems removed
  • 3 cups pineapple canned, fresh, or frozen
  • 1 - 2 apple* peeled and chopped
  • apple juice to taste / desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Combine kale, pineapple, and apples in a blender.
    1 bunch kale*, 3 cups pineapple, 1 - 2 apple*
  • With blender running, add in apple juice until you reach your desired consistency.
