Jam Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz chicken breast* cooked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic*
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh or dried
  • 1 oz jam*
  • 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp sriracha
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle oil in a sauté pan at medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add jam, soy, and water. Hold to a simmer to thicken glaze (3-5 mins).
  • Turn off heat. Stir in sriracha and butter.
  • Coat meat and enjoy over rice and veggies☺
