Jam Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 oz chicken breast* cooked
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic*
- 1 tsp ginger fresh or dried
- 1 oz jam*
- 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Drizzle oil in a sauté pan at medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add jam, soy, and water. Hold to a simmer to thicken glaze (3-5 mins).
- Turn off heat. Stir in sriracha and butter.
- Coat meat and enjoy over rice and veggies☺
