Cucumber Sandwiches

- Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, chives, dill, and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Spread the mixture on one side of each piece of bread. Lay bread on a cutting board cheese side up.
- Layer your thinly sliced cucumber on one piece of bread, to desired thickness. Top with remaining bread slice so cheese mixture sits on cucumbers.
- Cut off crusts and cut the sandwich diagonally.
