Ingredients

cream cheese
at room temperature

Greek yogurt

peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
Instructions
Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, chives, dill, and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl until combined.
Spread the mixture on one side of each piece of bread. Lay bread on a cutting board cheese side up.
Layer your thinly sliced cucumber on one piece of bread, to desired thickness. Top with remaining bread slice so cheese mixture sits on cucumbers.
Cut off crusts and cut the sandwich diagonally.
