Ingredients
  

  • 1 bulb fennel* shaved paper thin
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup celery* chopped
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley* fresh
  • ½ jalapeño* chopped fine, optional
  • salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Gently combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for a couple hours and serve!
