Ingredients
  

Salad

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Make the dressing in a small bowl by whisking all dressing ingredients to combine. Set aside.
  • Dice the cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes (removing excess liquid).
  • Put vegetables and beans in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.
  • Enjoy or refrigerate!
