Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower* small
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp granulated garlic

To take it up a notch, try adding these optional ingredients to the cauliflower before roasting:

  • ½ tsp coriander
  • 1 pinch cloves ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Wash cauliflower and cut into florets. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with oil. In a small bowl mix tougher ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and ¼ tsp granulated garlic.
  • Toss cauliflower with olive oil, and spices until evenly combined. Spread the florets out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake.
  • Continue cooking until it is tender and golden around the edges.
