Radish Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch radishes* fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400. Slice the radishes as thinly as possible (if you've got a mandolin, now's the time to use it!) Place in a large bowl.
  • Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay the radish chips onto a baking sheet, taking care not to not touch one another.
  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
