radishes*

olive oil
or coconut oil, melted

sea salt

pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Slice the radishes as thinly as possible (if you've got a mandolin, now's the time to use it!) Place in a large bowl.
Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Lay the radish chips onto a baking sheet, taking care not to not touch one another.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
