Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice from about 8 lemons, plus lemon slices for garnish
  • ½ cup honey*
  • 1 cup basil* fresh, plus more for garnish
  • 3 cups water cold

Instructions
 

  • Place lemon juice, honey, and basil in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pass through a strainer into a pitcher or large jar. Add water and chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and additional basil leaves.

To make ahead: Prepare through Step 1 and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
