Come get your local food fix! Network and share updates on projects, grants, etc. that focus on statewide cross collaboration. RFSWG (Regional Food System Working Group) is a gathering of local food coordinators and food system stakeholders from throughout Iowa.

Join us for our upcoming NI Local Food Coalition Quarterly Mtg - Winter 2021 to be held *in-person* on Tues. Dec. 7th at 3:00PM at the Mason City Chamber of Commerce. We will participate in a focus group about current strengths, challenges, and opportunities for the Iowa Local Food System, as well as then connect on updates from our partners in the room. We will then enjoy social networking time at Fat Hill Brewing to follow starting at 4:30pm (right downstairs). Note: We ALWAYS welcome new faces and perspectives to join our Coalition meetings! If you have a role in our food system (farmer, business owner, service provider, eater, etc) we welcome you to our table!

Join us for a focus group regarding Iowa Food Systems. We appreciate a diverse set of perspectives and opinions on this topic. We invite a variety of stakeholders in the field of food systems that live this work every day, external partners that touch food systems (especially farmers), such as those working on labor issues, economic development, public health, nutrition programs, political leaders, universities and educational centers, etc., and individuals that are impacted by the food system (those who fully understand and feel the inequitable impacts of our current Iowa food system).
