Let's celebrate together the bounty of our locally-grown food!

The North Iowa Local Food Coalition is North Iowa’s regional network of diverse partners who meet quarterly to share updates and explore emerging opportunities. The Spring meeting of the Coalition will be held Tues., April 24, 2:30-4:00pm at the North Iowa Landfill Education Center. The meeting is free and open to the public. In addition to the conversation with Jones and Hills, this meeting’s agenda will include updates from priority projects, including food hub development, farmers markets, food waste, farm to school, and community gardens. These teams welcome newcomers into their conversation.

In this marketing workshop, we'll discuss how to fortify a brand, Lucie's not-so-secret formula for creating "likable" content and how to get your farm or other business a little ink in the press.

Come join us for our final Connections Field Day for 2018 at Taste by Uncs Cheesecakes in Osage. We’ll explore how the local food focus fits with other tactics Jessica Baldus and her dynamic team have used to contribute to the ten year evolution of this business and what lies ahead in the coming years.
