olive oil

green onions*
sliced

cloves
garlic*

mushrooms
sliced

cherry tomatoes*
halved

zucchini*
spiralized

basil*
finely chopped

cup
parmesan cheese
salt + pepper
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté until slightly tender.
Add zucchini spirals. Sauté quickly just until tender. Add chopped basil and sauté one more minute.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
