Instructions
Rinse off bok choy and slice into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add bok choy to pan. Cook until vegetable appears bright green and slightly translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or noodles and protein of choice.
