Ingredients

1 cup spinach*
1 apple* peeled and chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp honey*
1 tbsp milk optional

Instructions

Put all ingredients into your blender and secure the lid. Start blender on lowest setting and gradually turn up to highest setting. Blend until completely smooth.
