Ingredients

4 slices bread* of choice
¾ cup ricotta cheese
1 apples* Or pears, sliced thin
2 tbsp caramel sauce
salt optional
ground cinnamon optional

Instructions

Toast bread in toaster or in skillet with butter.
Spread ricotta cheese over toasted bread slices. Lay apple slices on top of ricotta overlapping slightly.
Drizzle caramel sauce over apples. Sprinkle with salt or cinnamon if using.
