Ingredients

snap peas*

tsp
salt

onion powder
and/or garlic powder

nutritional yeast
or grated Parmesan cheese

tbsp
olive oil
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Wash and dry sugar snap peas and remove their "strings".
Toss with olive oil, nutritional yeast, and seasonings of choice.
Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
