Ingredients

4 slices bread of choice. Seedy grain bread, your favorite sourdough, or everyday loaf
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup blueberries* fresh, or thawed from frozen
2 tbsp hazelnuts* or nut of choice
1/4 cup honey*

Instructions

Toast bread slices in toaster, or with butter in skillet.
Spread toasted bread slices with ricotta cheese. Top with blueberries, and hazelnuts. Drizzle with honey.
