Ingredients

olive oil

herbs*
of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Slice the pita into 6 triangles each. Place in a Tupperware or large bowl.
Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
Lay the pita chips onto a baking sheet, taking care not to crowd them
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
