Cucumber Lemon Herb Water

You don’t have to visit the spa to feel pampered! This light and refreshing beverage is perfect during the summer heat. Ingredients with an asterisk (*) are available seasonally right here in North Iowa! Click on select ingredients to find them nearby or stop by your local farmer's market.

Equipment

  • Kitchen Knife
  • Large Pitcher

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber* sliced
  • 2 lemon sliced and seeds removed
  • 3 handfuls herbs* rosemary*, thyme*, mint*, etc

Instructions

  • Wash and slice cucumber and lemon.
  • Fill a large pitcher with water and add all ingredients.
  • Let steep, refrigerated, at least 1 hour
  • Sip and enjoy!
