Instructions
Make the dressing: in a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange zest and juice, lemon/lime juice, honey, mint, and basil. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, berries, almonds, mint, and basil. Gently stir. Drizzle dressing and stir again. Serve.
