Instructions
Slice all veggies into pieces that can fit into your blender/juicer. Peeling is optional.
Add all ingredients into the blender/juicer, and process.
Strain juice through fine mesh to reduce foam/fiber (optional - if you leave it in, there's more nutrients!).
Add salt, taste and adjust lime juice and salt as necessary.
Pour in glasses, over ice, and enjoy or refrigerate juice for cooler flavor.
